Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure HSE requirements are included in design and procurement.
Make independent decisions based on established guidelines, taking into account the cost and schedule impact to the project.
Identify potential technical risks and effectively develops risk mitigation, contingency and resolution plans.
Can organise information from many sources and retain as per the prescribed format and policies.
Requires onsite presence from time to time to ensure construction is being performed to plan and design.
Daily administration of project and/or Worley policies and processes in order for the projects team to meet business objectives.
Ensures Worley approved systems, processes & tools are deployed and complied with on the project in fit for purpose way.
Set clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets.
Apply knowledge of all aspects of project engineering to oversee successful technical coordination.
Ensures projects are delivered at or below the approved budget and that proper change control processes are understood and used by the project team.

A University degree or equivalent in engineering or equivalent experience with professional registration in local jurisdiction.
Previous engineering experience.
End to end project delivery experience including on-site construction management of small projects
Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint.
The ability to clearly and professionally communicate with project stakeholders and project teams.
Work with self-initiated interaction with supervisor and self-initiated technical guidance.
Understanding of project schedules and resource plan requirements for technical aspects of the project.
Understanding of project budgets, project resource plans and earned value tracking.
