Egis is seeking a detail‑oriented Building Engineer to supervise construction projects in Kuwait. The role involves overseeing site activities, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with contractors and senior management to keep projects on schedule.

Supervise construction activities on‑site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, safety standards, and progress.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain timelines.
Review and approve technical submittals, shop drawings, and material samples.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Identify potential risks or conflicts and propose effective solutions.
Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
Oversee quality control processes and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with the project team to optimize construction methods and improve efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
Valid membership with the Kuwait Society Engineers (KSE).

Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality control processes.
Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Kuwait.
Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills.
Strong technical report writing and communication abilities.
Ability to lead on‑site personnel and work effectively in a team environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
