The Leasing Assistant works with the property‑management team to achieve occupancy and retention goals by performing administrative, leasing, marketing and customer‑service tasks at the community. The role supports sales and leasing activities, resident relations, and after‑hours response.
The position requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, climb ladders and lift up to 25 lb unaided (or 50 lb with assistance) in indoor and outdoor conditions, including all weather. A flexible schedule is needed, with on‑call duties during evenings, weekends and holidays, and occasional travel to other properties or training.
Pay is based on business needs, experience, skills and location, with eligibility for quarterly or annual bonuses for corporate roles and weekly/monthly/quarterly bonuses for on‑site positions. Part‑time team members receive a 401(k) with company match, employee assistance program and paid sick time; union and prevailing‑wage roles may have different terms.
