Submittal Logs
Maintaining real-time visibility of all material statuses for assigned projects.
Act as a representative and advocate of JPI’s culture and guiding principles
Creating project-specific submittal logs immediately upon LOI handoff.
Supporting the broader team by ensuring submittal documentation is complete, organized, and aligned with internal standards.
Confirming all submittals are fully reviewed, approved, and formally logged prior to material release.
Coordinating first delivery dates with project starts and documented lead times.
Communicating any delays, discrepancies, or missing information to the Lead promptly.
Managing, updating, and maintaining all submittal logs throughout the approval process.
Ensure material deliveries and lead times are implemented into the OPC schedule.
Coordinating with vendors to obtain accurate submittal documents and lead-time information.
Tracking vendor lead times and updating project schedules with accurate dates.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Bachelor's degree in related field.
Proven experience in an executive support role or similar position.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
OPC Access
Proficiency in using business software and tools, including MS Office and project management applications.
Thorough knowledge of daily on-site activities
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
3-5 years' experience in a business or professional setting (inclusive of non-profit or government roles).
