What you would be doing

Assist with construction administration tasks such as reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and supporting field reviews
Support the production of coordinated drawing sets in Revit through all phases of design and construction
Participate in consultant meetings, client presentations, and site visits alongside senior architects
Work closely with senior team members to develop design concepts into buildable, well-detailed solutions
Contribute to building envelope detailing, construction assemblies, and code compliance reviews
Collaborate on design development and technical documentation for large, complex concrete projects

Familiarity with BCBC, VBBL, and local municipal approvals
Strong design acumen and a portfolio that demonstrates design sensitivity and attention to detail
Stay current on British Columbia Building Code (BCBC), Vancouver Building By-law (VBBL), and local permit processes
Registered or actively pursuing registration with Architectural Institute of British Columbia (AIBC)
Clear communicator, highly organized, and eager to keep learning
