Generate and support throughout the design process, design plans, construction contract documents, elevations and details, reflected ceiling plans, millwork design, furniture layouts, ergonomic dimensions, finish plans, color plans, cost analysis, engineering systems coordination, document checking, schematic design and schedules.

Intermediate Revit
Utilize your rock star technical skills in Revit and other design application software
Building codes and guidelines as applicable (ADA, FGI, etc)
Bachelor's degree in interiors, architecture or, related discipline required
Graphic design, and 3D modeling and visualization software knowledge
Problem solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn
Visualization tools such as Enscape and VRay
Passive House Consultant/Designer CPHC/CPHD, or ILFI Living Future Accreditation
Work alongside and understand the functional organization of the project team
Conceptual modeling tools such as Rhino and Grasshopper
Presentation tools such as InDesign and Photoshop
3-5 years of industry experience
Revit proficiency strongly preferred
Have a passion for developing design presentation materials, including renderings
Environmental Analysis software such Ladybug and Climate Studio
Professional Accreditation in one area of Living Design that interests you: LEED AP with Specialty, BREEAM AP, WELL AP, SITES AP, Passive House Institute Certified
Basic knowledge in programming, planning, and site analysis
Microsoft Office / Adobe Suite
LEED AP or within 6 months of hire
