The Manager Ops Consulting role within the Coding Business Services department requires no travel or clearance and focuses on professional billing coding initiatives. This position reports to senior leadership and collaborates across multiple clinical and administrative teams.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, possess at least four years of medical coding experience, and have an AAPC CPC certification. Desired qualifications include familiarity with IDX, Cerner, and AS400 systems, broader medical coding knowledge, and a master’s degree in a related field such as finance, accounting, nursing, or health care administration.
The annual compensation range for this role is $59,000 to $98,000, with the final offer based on factors such as skill set, experience, certifications, and organizational needs. Eligibility for a discretionary variable incentive bonus may also be considered.
