

Providing engineering, procurement, and construction services to the energy and industrial sectors.
Project duties include creating calculations, design documents, and specifications, as well as conducting structural analyses for loading conditions such as wind, seismic, blast, and pressurization.
Under the direction of the Structural Lead, you will guide junior engineers and designers, coordinating detailed design phases across all structural engineering aspects.
You will develop integrated structural designs, perform supporting calculations, prepare technical specifications for structural materials, and conduct independent reviews of calculations and drawings prepared by others.
The role involves reviewing existing facilities to recommend upgrades or replacements, presenting findings to clients and peers, and may require travel to client or vendor offices, plant sites, and three days per week of on‑site work in a hybrid schedule.
This position allows you to apply your expertise in materials, structural analysis, steel design, and reinforced concrete design as part of an engineering and design team working on diverse oil and gas facilities.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred) from an ABET‑accredited program, 5+ years of experience on oil and gas facility projects, a PE license, and proficiency with structural software such as MathCad, STAAD PRO, SAP2000, SAFE, STRUDL, or ANSYS.
Additional valued experience includes construction and start‑up exposure; the position is based in Midland, TX and may involve occasional travel.

The compensation range for this role is $82,380.00 to $125,860.00, with a transparent total package that includes base salary, potential discretionary bonus, and a comprehensive benefits suite.
