  • Managing the end-to-end BWoF renewal process, including amending compliance schedules.
  • Ensuring all BWoF processes are aligned with council policies, regulations, and legislation.
  • Promoting owners' responsibilities and obligations regarding BWoF – including following up on overdue BWoFs.
  • Maintaining the IQP register and supporting the registration and renewal of Independent Qualified Persons (IQPs).

  • Strong computer literacy is essential, as the role is primarily system-based and requires effective navigation of our internal tools.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and manage conflict with BWoF agents, IQPs, building owners, and technical experts while managing conflict professionally and maintaining a positive working environment.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the Building Industry is a plus
  • While experience in compliance schedules and BWoF is preferred, a willingness to learn and grow in the field is key to success in this role.
  • Quick to grasp compliance schedules, building features, and BWoF-related issues, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
