Lead and manage mechanical design efforts through all phases of design, from planning to construction administration, for federal and state clients.
Oversee the review and approve mechanical drawings, specs, estimates, and bid packages for code and regulatory compliance (IPC, IMC, IFGC, IBC, NFPA, VA TIL, UFC).
Perform Mechanical QA/QC reviews and enforce firm-wide quality standards.
