You will lead the development, governance, and assurance of BIM documentation and information processes across complex programmes, ensuring alignment with best practice, regulatory requirements, and the evolving needs of clients, contractors, and asset owners.

- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to interpret and deliver information requirements.
- Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and administration of CDEs, ensuring controlled workflows and full compliance with ISO 19650.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Information Management, developing, reviewing, and maintaining documentation including EIRs, OIRs, AIRs, BEPs, MPDTs, and TIDPs.
- Contribute to enterprise-level standards, frameworks, and processes that ensure consistency across portfolios.
- Support multidisciplinary coordination activities to ensure accurate, timely information flow throughout delivery.
- Operate effectively across both client and contractor environments, translating and aligning information requirements and delivery expectations.
- Oversee CDE migrations and multi-system information transfers, including:
- Conduct quality assurance on models, structured data, and documentation.
- Identify opportunities for optimisation, efficiency, and process improvement within complex digital environments.
- Provide coaching, training, and technical support on BIM methodologies, information workflows, ISO 19650 compliance, and CDE usage.
- Apply Building Safety Act requirements, ensuring secure, auditable, and traceable information flows and supporting the Golden Thread of information.

This is a senior technical and leadership role for an individual with deep expertise in BIM, digital construction, and ISO 19650-aligned information management across the built environment.
This role is suited to someone who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity, is confident in navigating multi-platform information ecosystems, and is committed to driving high-quality, accountable digital delivery across the full asset lifecycle.

- Knowledge of asset management frameworks and digital handover processes.
- High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a disciplined approach to information management.
- Experience spanning concept design through to construction, handover, and asset management.
- Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and supporting a range of CDEs, such as:
- Proven experience as an Information Manager or in a senior BIM/digital information role.
- Relevant qualifications in BIM, Information Management, or Digital Construction (desirable).
- Understanding of structured data deliverables (COBie, IFC, asset data schemas).
- Strong capability working across multiple systems, including multi-platform workflows and CDE migrations.
- Good understanding of the Building Safety Act, including Golden Thread and safety-case information requirements.
- Demonstrable experience working within both client and contractor organisations.
- Experience with major infrastructure or complex built-environment projects.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills.
- Strong capability in authoring and reviewing BIM documentation and applying ISO 19650 best practice.
