- Support risk management initiatives by assessing supplier financial stability and developing contingency plans
- Contribute to procurement policy development and ensure adherence to governance frameworks across all purchasing activities
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand procurement needs and translate requirements into effective sourcing strategies Monitor supplier performance through key metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary

- Experience with e-procurement platforms and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field
- Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract law, and regulatory compliance requirements in India
- 3-5 years of procurement or sourcing experience, preferably in professional services or corporate real estate industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and procurement software systems
- Professional certification such as CPSM, CPPO, or equivalent procurement credential
- Experience working on client sites or in client-facing procurement roles
