You will lead on all aspects of property management performance and client service delivery, supported by a strong internal platform and specialist service teams (ESG, Procurement, CX, Data, and Technology).

  • Oversee site-based teams including Facilities Management and graduates.
  • Lead on client relationships, acting as a key point of contact for institutional and property company clients.
  • Manage a mixed portfolio of commercial assets across the North of England.
  • Manage a high-profile institutional client portfolio and flagship Northern assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives across the portfolio.
  • Deliver consistently high standards of management, ensuring assets are clean, safe, secure, and in repair.
  • Ensure buildings provide a modern, customer-focused occupier experience.
  • Support business development, client reporting, and portfolio performance reviews.
  • Prepare, monitor, and reconcile service charge budgets.

A market-leading property consultancy with one of the UK’s largest and most successful Property Management teams is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join its Manchester office.

  • Willing to be office-based in Manchester at least three days per week, with regional travel as required.
  • Skilled in financial management, service charge budgeting, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles within property management.
  • Excellent client-facing and relationship management skills.
  • Experience managing junior team members and working collaboratively with specialist service lines.
  • Proven experience managing large multi-let offices and mixed commercial portfolios.
  • Extensive Commercial Property Management Experience
