Supermarkets & Coops Sales Representative

Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supermarkets & Coops Sales Representative located in Shuwaikh. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with supermarket and coop clients, presenting and promoting company products, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and ensuring product visibility, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to devise effective strategies. Daily tasks will also include handling customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and preparing sales reports to track performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or supermarket sector is highly advantageous.
• Valid Kuwaiti driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to monitor market trends and conduct competitor analysis for strategic planning.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other software tools for reporting and presentations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Proven skills in sales, customer relationship management, and client negotiations.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets.
