- Works with consultants managing RFIs and submittals.
- Manages day-to-day processes of a construction project e.g, scheduling, quality assurance, execution of plans.
- Coordinates and manages acceptance walks with General Contractor, Apartment Operations, and ICAD Quality Assurance.
- Supports with budget development and monthly management.
- Manage GC to secure Certificate of Occupancy, bond release, filing Notice of Completion, etc.
- Acquires closeout documentation.
- Reviews plans and specs to ensure compliance with Irvine Company standards.

- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in a construction-related or engineering curriculum, or equivalent work experience.
- Contractor’s License preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license; Maintain continuous vehicle liability insurance as required by state law. (This role requires the regular and frequent operation of a vehicle, as defined in the Company’s MVR policy, and is part of the essential duties of this position.)
- Minimum of five years of multi-family experience.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in estimating, scheduling, and spreadsheet applications, including but not limited to: MS Project, Excel, Word, and Google.
