The Enterprise Customer Success Manager will manage and develop a portfolio of roughly 40 high‑touch residential trade accounts, influencing company revenue and shaping the future of the service industry. You will work closely with the largest trade service companies in North America, providing executive‑level communication and strategic guidance. Your success will directly impact ServiceTitan’s continued growth and the value delivered to customers.
