The Assistant Maintenance Manager will carry out the duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the assigned community. They will assume the Maintenance Manager responsibilities when the manager is not available.
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with one year of multifamily maintenance experience or equivalent training. EPA certification is required, and a CPO certification is preferred. Basic skills in Microsoft Office and a valid driver’s license are also required.
The role requires physical ability to walk, stand, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and use various tools and equipment. Work is performed on site, often outdoors and may involve confined spaces, heights, or hazardous areas.
