- Work with graphic designers to incorporate graphics, layout formats, and other graphic techniques for easy to read, professional looking documents.
- Produces regularly scheduled reports.
- Assist the Sr. Proposal Associate to compile and respond to current and potential clients’ request for proposals.
- Assist in the preparation of project fact sheets for new and substantially complete projects.
- Participates in new market research.
- Assists in proposal writing and presentations.
- Assist with updating corporate qualification/experience documents.

- Knowledge of MS Outlook; MS PowerPoint Presentation software; MS Excel Spreadsheet software and MS Word Processing software.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop.
- 0-2 years internship experience preferred.
- Proofread proposal text and maintain high proposal quality.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies, English, Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism or a related degree from accredited college or university
