Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline required. Master’s degree preferred.
Strong knowledge of data integrity best practices. Ability to proactively identify, rectify and prevent quality issues.

Experience with PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting and data visualization preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
