Attend and participate in leasing and marketing calls/meetings.
Develop, distribute and ensure accuracy on all leasing and marketing collateral, flyers, etc., as needed.
Assist, review and ensure execution of monthly marketing calendars and initiatives.
Establish sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and closing ratios.
Complete and submit accurate reports in a timely manner as required.
Recommend new strategies as the market evolves.
Supervise the planning, preparation and implementation of marketing and leasing events, property events, social media competition, etc. as approved.
Develop, train and mentor other onsite team members. This will include customer service, responding to leads, conduct tours and phone call training.
Conduct regular marketing research and maintain thorough product and market knowledge.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Successfully build and maintain solid business to business relationships within the community and Agencies.
Ensure site compliance with national branding, programs and the marketing goals developed for the property.
