Manage residential leasing cycle and maintain high occupancy rates, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Provide market analysis and support to leasing team.
Manage all renewal activities ensuring: eligible residents receive timely renewal offers, all offers are followed up in advance of lease expiry, renewal documentation is uploaded, revised and cross checked for accuracy.
Maintain high occupancy rates across the residential portfolio through proactive leasing strategies.
Maintain accurate leasing records using property management software (e.g., Yardi, Rhenti, or equivalent).
Ensure all leasing activities comply with Equium Group policies and relevant legislation.
Support the leasing team, providing training, coaching, and process improvement suggestions.
