Description

• Safely operate vacuum equipment in an industrial setting
• Follow company policies, procedures, and on‑site requirements
• Provide exceptional service to clients and professionally represent GFL
• Complete daily equipment pre‑trips and driver logs for NSC compliance
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of work performed
• Participate in safety programs, including meetings, near‑miss reporting, and job hazard assessments
• Work independently while managing time, productivity, and effective communication
• Perform minor maintenance on units to ensure efficient operation
• Accept after‑hour calls when necessary

Requirements

• Hold a valid Commercial Driver’s License
• Possess at least 2 years of industrial vacuum truck or hydro‑excavating experience, preferably with a combo unit
• Deliver exceptional customer service and communication
• Maintain cleanliness and strong organizational skills
• Be in good health and physical condition to perform assigned duties
• Travel short‑term and stay overnight as required
• Hold valid safety tickets such as First Aid/CPR, CSTS, TDG, and H2S Alive (asset)
