Work closely with the overseas sales team to convert technical specifications into actual sales orders.
Develop a deep understanding of the Saudi construction market dynamics, relevant technical standards, and regulatory requirements.

Provide professional waterproofing system solutions that comply with local Saudi standards (e.g., SASO) and international standards to designers, contractors, and clients.
Communicate with product management and R&D departments to feed back market needs and promote product optimization and localization.

Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English. Proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
Previous working experience with international building material brands (e.g., Sika, BASF, GCP, Sopro).
Existing network within local Saudi architectural design firms or engineering companies.
Familiarity with Oriental Yuhong's product portfolio and technical solutions.
Personal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the building materials industry (especially in waterproofing, insulation, coatings, or flooring) as a Technical Sales Engineer, Specification Manager, or Application Engineer. Experience in the Saudi Arabia or Middle East market is highly preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with architectural design and construction processes, with the ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
Education & Major: Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Building Materials, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
