The Cook must prepare all food items promptly while following proper food‑handling techniques and recipes to ensure consistency, freshness, and proper portion control. They are responsible for maintaining dish flow, presentation, temperature control, and daily sanitation, as well as breaking down and storing leftovers.
Additional duties include assisting with prep work for the next shift, managing inventory and production charts, putting away stock using FIFO, reporting repair needs, and adhering to all safety procedures. The role requires a positive, problem‑solving attitude, commitment to company growth, honorable conduct, and a passion for personalized guest service.
Candidates should be able to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays, arrive on time in proper uniform, and have at least one year of cooking experience (preferred). Physical demands include standing or walking up to eight hours and lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 25 lbs.
