The Senior Proposals Coordinator will be responsible for providing proactive, high level support to the bid and pre-contracts team by throughout Pre- Bid, Bid and Post Bid activities. The Senior Proposals Coordinator will ensure all submissions are of high graphic design quality, and clearly articulate and demonstrate UGL strengths to our clients, with clear articulation of the solution, win themes and value proposition. The role will also support adherence of pre-contracts activities are undertaken in accordance with UGL processes and Governance expectations, and provide bid administration activities as required.

- Prepare non-technical proposal information and responses for review by the Bid Manager or Pre-Contracts Manager.
- Create, design and layout as necessary for presentations, brochures and invitations.
- Organising business development related team meetings e.g. win strategy sessions, including all relevant materials/requirements
- Schedule meetings and draft required paperwork / slide decks required for business opportunity related meetings including Go/No-Go Meetings, Kick-off, Progress/Status, Risk Workshop, Tender (Estimate) Review Meetings, GTC and Internal Reviews, ensuring all relevant materials are completed correctly and distributed to participants in a timely manner.
- Determine submission design including layout, artwork design (working with external provider if applicable), ensuring compliance with all tender conditions and UGL branding guidelines. Prepare graphical components to enhance submissions – eg. Graphics, tables, infographics etc
- Assistance of day-to-day operations within the Bid & BD team with g eneral correspondence; Reports, Technical and Training Manuals, Contracts, Technical Specifications, Questionnaires, Mail Merge, Tables and Templates.
- Prepare client specific tender submission templates for each proposal in readiness for the collation of all incoming materials, ensuring all elements of the request have been met to ensure compliance with the tender conditions and tender development program.
- Working closely with the entire Bid Team and the Bid Manager/Pre-Contracts Manager on all areas of proposals, including large, complex PPP tenders. This includes assisting in preparation of materials for the win strategy / key messages workshops and distribution of information to enhance our proposals.

- Shipley Proposals or APMP certification
- Must be customer focused, team oriented, accountable and results driven
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Graphic design and strong writing skills
- Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power point)
- Experience with Tier 1 tendering, especially in power, utilities or industrials sectors.
