- Create high-quality 3D models and 4D simulations for project planning and engagement
- Tell powerful stories using animations, videos, and time-based simulations

- Can deliver animations and visual stories that make an impact
- Are familiar with Solibri, Power BI, Trimble Connect, or Autodesk tools (Revit, Civil 3D)
- Communicate clearly and collaborate easily with different teams
- Work well independently and manage your own deadlines
- Have scripting knowledge (Python, Blueprints) for automation or tool creation
- Know your way around tools like 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Synchro, Blender
- Experience in construction, structural, or MEP disciplines, either through a relevant degree or practical project with at least 5 years relevant experience.
- Have dabbled in VR/AR platforms (nice to have)
