The Project Manager will oversee the fit-out phase of RJ projects, ensuring they stay within schedule and budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards. The role involves close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and supporting project teams throughout design development, procurement and construction.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline, and have at least five years of proven experience managing joinery or fit-out projects, preferably in commercial and hospitality sectors. Fluency in Arabic and English, strong communication skills, and proficiency with project software such as MS Project, Primavera P6 or Procore are required; PMP certification is a plus.
