As a consultant joining GROW, you will work within a diverse team, deepen your sector knowledge, build long‑term relationships with clients and colleagues, and continuously seek ways to improve how we work while taking responsibility for your own deliverables and client liaison.
Quantity Surveyors and Cost Consultants support cost, commercial and transformational projects across all sectors, advising on and managing construction and property costs from inception through decision‑making, budgeting, procurement and cost management, and providing financial and contractual insights.
Accepted degrees include a BSc or MSc in a RICS‑accredited programme such as Quantity Surveying, Property, Real Estate or similar, with alternative routes for non‑RICS graduates in fields like Economics, Statistics, Law, Architecture, Data Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Business Studies and Accounting.
Candidates should graduate in 2026 or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant degree, demonstrate Arcadian skills such as resilience, creativity, analytical thinking and teamwork, possess excellent communication abilities, and be willing to travel or work virtually when required.
