Respond to service requests and assist with apartment make-readies
Oversee and maintain all buildings, grounds, and amenities
Supervise vendors and in-house staff, ensuring OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing compliance
Assist with hiring, training, and supervising maintenance, custodial, and grounds team members
Manage after-hours repair calls promptly
Ensure a safe, clean work environment following all safety standards
Maintain inventory and manage the maintenance budget
Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
Requirements

2+ years
2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
Ability to respond to after-hours calls
High school diploma or GED
Excellent communication skills
Reliable transportation and basic tools
Strong HVAC experience; EPA Certification (Type II or Universal) required
Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks in all weather conditions
Proficient in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
