Identify potential jobs and customers, build a relationship with these customers, and close the bid work with them. Work with our current general line sales team to close jobs.
Grow commercial sales, within company footprint.
Communicate with management all opportunities for growth of our team and product lines. Facilitate leads through General Contractors, End Users, and Institutions. Conduct take-offs accurately and timely. Review specifications to ensure Inform management of market conditions and means to better our door division. Work with vendor reps to ensure CBMI receives the best possible costs. Conduct diligent follow up on all quotes and track, via spreadsheets, the reasons why we were successful or not. Conduct site visits to confirm all conditions that could affect ordering or installation. Prepare all submittals for approval by owner and architect. Order and track all material for projects. Oversee inventory for all door divisions. Product sales – commercial doors, hollow metal frames, wood doors, hardware, lock sets, toilet partitions and accessories, lockers, fire extinguishers/ cabinets, mailboxes.
