Supervision of mechanical maintenance crews ranging in size from 1 to 30 persons disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and reassembling large steam/gas turbine generators. Leading job site safety programs and performs complex site surveys to develop maintenance plans.
Complete and submit detailed reports covering all job activity. Review task plans, drawings, and installation schematics and provide continual mentorship throughout task duration.
As a field service engineer, you will support the Siemens Energy Service Headquarters in Orlando, FL and travel to Siemens Energy customer power plants throughout the world to perform maintenance, repair, and modification of large steam and gas turbine generators and related equipment.
Lead and direct subcontractors to perform specific maintenance related tasks and serve is the primary Siemens Energy jobsite contact. Complete the planning and estimating of resources and durations required for specific scopes of work for customer proposals.

Experience in maintenance of steam and gas turbines, generators, and associated equipment is preferred.
BS in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience in Field Service is required, must be an experienced FSE with a minimal of 5+ years of experience.
Must be self sufficient, able to effectively communicate with region and customer and Proficient with Schedule Management tools
