  • Assist in market research to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
  • Enter and analyze documents for milestones, and establish automatic notifications in GRPS to streamline project management.
  • Perform quarterly audits of notifications to ensure they are being distributed to the appropriate individuals, maintaining effective communication.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment
  • Review contracts and permits initially to identify key terms and compliance requirements.
  • Gather all permits, reclamation plans, draft and final EIRs, leases, contracts, letters of understanding, and any other agreements between Granite and third parties to ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Generate monthly status reports on all resource development projects to provide up-to-date progress insights.
