- Courtoisie et bonne présentation.
- Solutions d’efficacité énergétiques et plan de décarbonation ;
- Posséder de bonnes connaissances de base en informatique pour l’opération de différents systèmes tels qu’éclairage, contrôle de charge et CVC.
- Diagnostique les problèmes de fonctionnement des systèmes de chauffage, ventilation et climatisation et apporte des solutions.
- Dynamisme, esprit d'équipe.
- Gestion intégrée d’actifs et d’installations (Integrated Facility Management) ;
- Solutions pour le transport et la mobilité.
- Équilibre travail et vie personnelle;
- Détenir une licence C en électricité ;
- Posséder un minimum de cinq (5) années d’expérience dans la construction commerciale ou industrielle ou dans l’entretien préventif et correctif électromécanique dans les édifices commerciaux ou industriels dotés de systèmes utilisant la technologie moderne ;
- Maîtriser la lecture de plans d’électromécaniques ;
- Rigoureux et sens des responsabilités
- Soutien électrique pour les branchements scéniques lors des événements.
- Disponible à travailler sur un horaire de jour, soir, fin de semaine en rotation.
- Participe à la gestion énergétique du bâtiment.
