Description

Periodic follow-up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials
Carry out periodic stores audits
Update entries in SAP system on all aspects related to stores and inventories.
Prepare monthly MIS for AMCT stores/services
Coordinate with main stores for taking required materials for AMCT stores
Complete all IMS activities timely and maintain all records and follow processes as per ISO documentation
Maintain optimum inventory level
Carryout periodic physical verification of stock and reconcile the stock
Coordinate with central stores for the delivery/disposal of diesel/scrap/waste to the terminal
Issue materials based on PM orders and upate the documents
Give request for consumable and spares procurement based on user indents and annual budget
Coordinate the quality check of materials received by the users
Monitor actual consumable costs against budgeted costs
Store materials/consumables in a safe manner
