What you would be doing

  • Report directly to the Receiving Lead and Site Manager regarding inventory updates and tracking.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, under the guidance of site leadership.
  • Identify and develop potential candidates for Commissioning Training at the ELC.
  • Perform inventory management of all Parts Shipped Loose (PSL), RFR parts from the factory, and Materials Shipped Direct (MSD).
  • Assist with receiving and installation operations, with the potential for future OJT in these areas.
  • Maintain accurate records using Excel/Smartsheet tracking on company-provided laptops.

  • Experience with inventory management or related logistics work is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with site leadership.
  • Level 0 Technician with full Global Wind Organization (GWO) training.
