Direct Mail – Plan and execute high-quality direct mail campaigns for land acquisition efforts, managing creative development, vendor coordination, audience targeting, and campaign analysis.
Drives data analysis. Analyzes campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights to refine strategies.
Website and Email – Support website content and updates to ensure an elegant, user-friendly experience that showcases homes for sale. Create email campaigns to drive site traffic and engagement.
Social Media – Develop and manage a content strategy that reflects the company’s luxury brand, oversee posting and engagement, and track performance to grow awareness and generate qualified leads.
Identifies new channels or tactics to expand audience reach and drive engagement. Implements test-and-control marketing to always be learning.
Participates in content creation, including social media posts, print material, email newsletters, videos, and marketing collateral.
Collaboration & Reporting – Partner with sales, brokerage partner, and leadership teams to align messaging, manage campaigns, and create demand for our homes.

Experience in driving qualified traffic and leads through marketing campaigns, both online and offline. Experience in direct mail highly recommended.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, Asana, Survey Monkey, SalesForce, and others is a strong plus.
Experience in offline channels such as OOH, events, and print ads is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Occasional local travel within the Bellevue and Eastside region.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Strong understanding of data analysis and marketing performance metrics such as CTR, ROI, CPA, LTV, and more.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience in digital marketing channels such as Google AdWords, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, geofencing, and display advertising.
6+ years of B2C marketing experience. Experience in ecommerce/digital marketing a plus.
Possesses a growth mindset, innovative thinking, and collaborative spirit.
This position requires frequent use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
Experience working for a homebuilder is a plus.
Experience driving social media strategy and execution. Ability to reflect brand in posts, plus drive growth in followers and engagement.
Marketing campaign management experience; this includes campaign design, creative testing, ROI analysis, and optimizations.
Must be able to work in the HQ office five days a week, Monday – Friday, core business hours of 8 hours on workdays, within the time frame of 8 am – 5 pm.
