  • Preparing and providing documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinating with external consultants and managing relationships to ensure external deliverables are completed correctly and on time.
  • Coordinating quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements.
  • Conducting outreach to AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction), preparing permit applications, providing support during public hearings, meetings, and other community engagement or outreach.
  • Supporting the execution of required documents for financing of projects, communicating frequently with the finance and legal team.
  • Scheduling regular meetings and recording decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps).
  • Acting as a key point of contact for all project information.
  • Collaborating with internal partners to document and improve standard operating procedures and processes.
  • Supporting preparation and analysis of interconnection documents and applications, including coordination with utilities.
  • Supporting coordination with internal engineering, including communicating design constraints and reviewing layouts for conformance with project and Company goals.
  • Conducting due diligence and site analysis.
  • Identifying attractive solar/BESS sites and conducting outreach to prospective landowners.
  • Identifying constraints and participating in obstacle resolution and risk tracking.
  • Researching and obtaining critical project or market information regarding code, policy, permits, land records and relevant industry studies.
  • Participating in managing and approving expenses.
  • Monitoring and analyzing project schedules, scopes of work, and budgets and providing recommendations on tasks to ensure project viability.
  • Monitoring and measuring project progress and addressing or reporting potential issues.

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of organizational capacity to manage multiple projects.
  • Self-motivated and self -starter, with proven ability to take ownership, initiative, and accountability.
  • Ability to travel and access sites of varying terrain. Position requires frequent travel, up to 1-2 weeks per month or about 20% of working time; must carry an active driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Experience in PC computer skills and familiarity with MS Office and Windows. Salesforce experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities often across functional and operational lines.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field (energy, real estate, sustainability, policy, communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in efficient, timely, and reliable support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • High-degree of organization and time-management skills.
  • 1 year of experience working in a professional environment, including internships and part-time work.
  • Demonstrated qualities of integrity, credibility, and professional responsibility.
  • Demonstrated interest in renewable energy, sustainable infrastructure, or related field.
