As an Executive – Training Sales & Operations, you will be based at the specified location and be responsible for nurturing existing clients, cross‑selling and upselling training solutions, and acquiring new customers to broaden DNV’s geographic reach and service portfolio.
Your core responsibility is to sell and ensure delivery of both standard and customized trainings to a wide range of industries, businesses, and individuals, meeting the sales and revenue targets for Training Services in your territory.
You will implement the sales plan, collaborate with subject‑matter experts, and generate sales through various channels such as in‑house courses, public courses, virtual courses, and e‑learning modules. Additionally, you will qualify tutors, coordinate scheduling, arrange training logistics, issue certificates, collect payments, handle customer complaints, and act on feedback.
A highly qualified technical team will support you with technical proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other specialist services needed to close contracts.
