• Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
• Oversee and refine engineering documentation for accuracy and quality
• Lead mechanical/HVAC design across high-profile projects from concept to completion
• Guide teams on codes, standards, and best practices, while mentoring junior engineers
• Manage design changes, proposals, and approvals across large, complex assignments

Requirements

• Communicate and present solutions confidently in internal and client-facing settings
• Minimum 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience; strong Revit and AutoCAD capability required
