As an Arcus Building Fabric Specialist you will work across multiple client sites, ensuring facilities are safe, fully functional and well‑maintained. The mobile role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to showcase expertise in a range of building‑fabric tasks.
We are looking for a candidate with hands‑on experience in multiple trades, relevant NVQ/City & Guilds/BTEC qualifications, a valid UK driver’s licence and confidence working independently in customer‑facing environments, together with solid knowledge of health and safety standards. Experience in retail or multi‑site maintenance and practical skills in plastering, carpentry, floor and wall coverings, basic plumbing, lock work and general fabric repairs are highly desirable.
