The Superintendent will work closely with the Project Management Team, Operational Support Team, and Other Division Superintendents to ensure smooth project execution, troubleshoot issues on-site, and maintain a high level of communication with stakeholders. - Lead and supervise Construction crews, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality of work.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team, subcontractors, and senior management, and others.
- Work efficiently ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- Conduct quality checks to ensure that all work meets the required standards and specifications. Maintain compliance with environmental and sustainability requirements.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure all field personnel are receiving appropriate training and development.

- Strong knowledge of underground utilities processes, paving and concrete processes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
