- Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing mentorship and direction to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all service activities.
- Cultivate and maintain robust customer relationships, proactively addressing concerns and enhancing overall satisfaction.
- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance schedules for diverse equipment to maximise uptime and reliability.
- Maintain comprehensive records of service requests, breakdown incidents, repairs, and relevant documentation. Generate and analyse performance reports, including KPIs and customer feedback.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and best practices, contributing to ongoing training and staff development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimise resource allocation, ensure sufficient staffing, and effectively schedule service visits.
- Manage the response to breakdowns, coordinating repair processes to achieve quick and effective resolutions.
- Track and manage the rental fleet's threshold value using the established tracking system.
- Forecast and replenish spare parts and service consumables to maintain adequate stock levels.

- Demonstrated ability to monitor and enhance field KPIs and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in writing technical reports and inputting data accurately into management systems.
- A valid KSA driving license is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in an automotive/heavy equipment dealership in roles such as Workshop Supervisor, Controller, or Foreman.
- Proven experience managing and leading a team of 15-20 technicians, with a focus on effective workload allocation.
- Strong knowledge of heavy equipment components and the ability to reference manuals and service information systems (SIS) for effective diagnosis and repair.
