Coordonner l’ensemble des activités du projet (technique, contractuel et financier) et assurer la communication avec le client, en collaboration avec les directeurs (rice)s du projet;
Détient un baccalauréat en génie mécanique;
Rédiger et réviser les plans, devis et rapports techniques, tout en offrant un soutien technique aux chargés de projets et aux équipes de conception;
Coordonner le travail de l’équipe de conception multidisciplinaire en mécanique et électricité du bâtiment pour s’assurer du respect des exigences du client, des échéanciers et du budget de projet;
Concevoir et assister la conception des systèmes de mécanique du bâtiment (plomberie, chauffage, refroidissement, ventilation, contrôle) en respectant les normes d’efficacité énergétique et de développement durable; le tout au sein d’une équipe de projet solide et compétente, et dans le cadre d’un environnement technologique efficace;
Évaluer les risques et proposer des stratégies optimales pour la réussite du projet;

Effectuer la coordination et le suivi en chantier, incluant la surveillance des travaux et la résolution des enjeux techniques;
Effectuer les calculs reliés à la conception et les estimations de coûts des travaux;
