Develop & maintain a positive liaison with stakeholders, consultants and contractors.
Mentor project engineering staff as required in the management of services delivery.
Initiate and implement the services completion and commissioning plan and coordinate with the overall project finalisation plan.
Play a lead role in services procurement function.
Manage the services design development (as may be applicable) and the services construction works within time, cost, quality and safety requirements of the Head Contract and company procedures.
Liaise as necessary with Authorities for timely connection of all services - Water, Gas, Electricity, Telecommunications and connections to sewer, stormwater.
Overall responsibility for programme and productivity management for all services trades.
Manage the interface requirements between services and building elements including design, coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.

Experience managing building services trade subcontractors.
Degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management related) or relevant trade background and industry experience.
Experience managing the interface requirements between services and building elements including design coordination, approval, installation, and commissioning and completion requirements of all services disciplines in conjunction with the project team.
Strong communication and leadership skills, which will be essential as you’ll be managing multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
Proven experience driving client focused outcomes and safety initiatives.
Previous experience working on large scale commercial construction projects, where the candidate has managed complex building services packages (mechanical, electrical, fire, and hydraulic).
Experience developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times.
Experience working on Healthcare, Defence, Commercial, or Government projects will be highly regarded.
