Lead a team of subject matter experts and trusted advisors to the industry in formulating solutions to critical challenges in today’s industry such as DER integration, decarbonization strategies, generation portfolio optimization, integrated resource planning, congestion/curtailment management, etc.
Leverage relationships with other business units within Siemens to expand and/or create new synergies and Go-to-Market strategies.
Maintain a three-year business plan and drive new portfolio development for emerging consulting services.
Drive business development in formulating and executing winning strategies, including promoting consulting services encompassing the energy business advisory portfolio, as well as relationship building as necessary with existing and new clients.
Lead talent acquisition, training, mentoring, and development of personnel to deliver consulting services.

Working relationships and contacts within the industry: ISOs/RTOs, TSPs, IOUs and/or other electrical utilities in the US.
Proven track record of leadership of high-performance teams.
Minimum of 10 years of successful energy-related consulting experience and demonstrated growth in Energy Advisory consulting and/or other consulting leadership over career.
Familiarity with North American bulk transmission systems (e.g., Eastern Interconnection, Western Interconnection, and ERCOT Interconnection).
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in related domain, with a combination of technical and business experience in the Energy Sector.
Solid understanding FERC’s regulatory framework and relevant NERC standards impacting ISOs/RTOs and IOUs.
Working knowledge of production cost modeling tools, as well as resource adequacy tools.
Ability to travel 25% domestically and internationally.
