Tasks

-Build a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous growth, supporting both employees and leadership. -Partner with colleagues across the Talent team to deliver forward-thinking initiatives that strengthen culture and employee experience. -Assist managers with performance management conversations and documentation. -Support Senior HRBPs in handling employee relations matters. -Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in HRIS (Workday) and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. -Facilitate change management initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported during times of transition. -Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, aligning HR strategies with business priorities.

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role. -Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, You’re approachable, humble, and collaborative. -Experience with a HRIS, ideally Workday. -Comfort working in a fast-paced, professional environment while balancing multiple priorities. -General knowledge of employee relations and an ability to manage sensitive matters with care and discretion. -A degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Psychology.
