About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the seamless scheduling and coordination of field technicians. You'll be the go-to person for clients and technicians alike, managing workflows, prioritising tasks, and helping maintain the high standards the business is known for.
Manage daily job allocation, dispatch, and technician support
Support the team in achieving KPIs and deadlines
Use SimPRO or similar service software to manage workflow, reporting, and job status
Liaise with clients to confirm bookings and provide updates on job progress
Tech-savvy with experience using job management software (e.g., SimPRO)
Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Administrator role within HVAC, electrical, or similar trades
Strong multitasking and communication skills
A problem-solver with a can-do attitude and customer service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep calm under pressure
