- Contrôler l’application du plan qualité, des procédures et des processus par des audits de chantier;
- Assurer un suivi du plan de réalisation des inspections et essais (PRIE);
- Appliquer le plan qualité et s’assurer que celui-ci respecte les exigences du contrat;
- Coordonner les interventions qualité tout au long des travaux et offrir à l’équipe le soutien nécessaire;
- S’assurer que le système qualité est mis en œuvre par tous;
- Mettre à jour le système qualité si des changements avaient lieu et établir les communications nécessaires avec les intervenants.

- Grande mobilité afin de pouvoir travailler en chantiers;
- S’occuper des différents rapports qualité du contrat.
- Traiter les non-conformités et documenter tout écart;
- Faire preuve d’initiative, de discrétion et de professionnalisme;
- AutoCAD (Atout).
- Détenir minimum de 5-10 ans d’expérience;
- Connaissance de Microsoft (Word, Excel);
- Leadership, esprit d’équipe et capacité de trouver des solutions à des difficultés liées au travail;
- À titre de Respons able qualité adjoint, vous vous occuperiez de tout l’aspect qualité sur l’ensemble des travaux au chantier sous le directeur qualité. De façon plus spécifique, le responsable qualité adjoint doit :
- Excellente maîtrise du français;
- U n club social actif;
- Savoir vulgariser et communiquer son message au travailleur et à l’équipe d’ingénierie;
- Être prévoyant (délais), capacité à gérer la pression, disponibilité;
- Veiller au respect des plans et devis en vue d’assurer la conformité du processus;
- Travaillant et débrouillard;
- MS Project (Atout);
- Excellente capacité à lire et comprendre les plans et les devis du projet.
- Expérience pertinente d’au moins 5 ans sur des projets de construction;
- Maîtrise de l’anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit ;
- Un programme complet d’assurances collectives accessible dès l’embauche (volet santé & dentaire payé par l’employeur);
