We are seeking a high-potential professional to support deal structuring, capital raising, and financial analysis for large-scale AI Data Centre and Clean Energy projects. This role will focus on building financial models, preparing investment materials, coordinating due diligence, and supporting leadership in transaction execution and investor engagement.
Support team in structuring equity, debt, and hybrid financing solutions.
Conduct benchmarking, valuation analysis, and scenario modelling.
Assist in the preparation and review of term sheets, contracts, and transaction documents.
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to infrastructure, energy, or technology projects is desirable.

Experience: 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, project finance, private equity, or corporate finance.,
