- Appliquer les exigences des systèmes d'entreprise ainsi que celles des clients.
- S’assurer de la qualité de la conception des projets et des livrables;
- Participer à la préparation des offres de services;
- Assurer une coordination constante des travaux avec toutes les autres disciplines impliquées dans le projet;
- Maintenir une communication constante et efficace avec le client;
- Participer aux activités d’administration de contrats, incluant la revue de dessins d’atelier, les inspections au chantier, la rédaction de rapports de chantier et l’émission d’ordres de changements;
- Assumer un rôle de chargé de projet auprès des clients;
- Gérer les ressources de son équipe (identifier les besoins en ressources, développer les compétences, encadrer techniquement, assurer la formation en SST, affecter les ressources aux bons projets, réaliser les rencontres annuelles de développement professionnel et d’évaluation du rendement, etc.);
- Vérifier les estimés de coût, rapports, plans et devis;
- Offrir un support technique aux collègues ainsi qu’aux clients;

- Excellente communication orale et écrite - dans nos postes, le bilinguisme est essentiel pour orchestrer des collaborations fructueuses avec diverses parties prenantes à l'échelle nationale, y compris les clients, les fournisseurs et les équipes internes, permettant ainsi l'exécution harmonieuse du projet.

- Baccalauréat en génie civil (structure)
- Expérience en génie conseil;
- Membre de l'Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec
- Capacité de superviser une équipe de travail (leadership)
